03 - Half a cup of shredded white cheddar
04 - Breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup
05 - 1/4 cup diced onion
06 - 2 garlic cloves, minced well
07 - Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon
08 - Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon
09 - Salt and black pepper, adjust to your liking
10 - A bit of olive oil for frying

→ Assembly

11 - 4 burger buns
12 - Optional extras: tomato slices, lettuce, or even more cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a big mixing bowl, and toss in the ground chicken, spinach, cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Gently stir until everything's combined nicely.
02 - Separate the mixture into 4 pieces and roll them into burger patties.
03 - Get your skillet nice and warm on medium heat. Drizzle a bit of olive oil, then cook each patty for 5-6 minutes on both sides. Make sure the inside reads 165°F (75°C) with a thermometer.
04 - Place the cooked patties on a plate and leave them to sit for a couple of minutes.
05 - Build your burgers by layering the patties on buns and topping how you like. Then dig in!

# Notes:

01 - If you want this gluten-free, use gluten-free buns and breadcrumbs.
02 - Instead of frying, grilling works perfectly too!
03 - Leftover patties? Put them in the fridge for 3 days or the freezer for 3 months.
