# Ingredients:

→ Watermelon Fries

01 - 1 watermelon, rind removed and cut into long fry-like shapes
02 - 2 teaspoons Tajin Classic Seasoning

→ Dip

03 - 1 cup coconut yogurt
04 - Zest and juice of 1 lime
05 - 1 tablespoon coconut sugar or to taste

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, combine coconut yogurt, lime juice, lime zest, and coconut sugar. Mix well and set aside.
02 - On a plate, arrange the watermelon fries and sprinkle evenly with Tajin Classic Seasoning.
03 - Serve the seasoned watermelon fries alongside the prepared dip and enjoy.

01 - Choose a watermelon that feels heavy for its size, has a yellow splotch on one side, and makes a deep, hollow sound when tapped.
02 - To cut the watermelon into fry-sized sticks, slice the watermelon into rounds, remove the rind, and cut into sticks.
03 - Using a serrated bread knife makes slicing the watermelon easier.
