Condensed Milk Jar Cheesecakes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 1 sleeve of crushed graham crackers (roughly 1 1/2 cups)
02 - 1/3 cup melted butter

→ Cheesecake Filling

03 - 3 packages (24 oz total) softened cream cheese
04 - 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
05 - 4 eggs, large size
06 - 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
07 - 1/4 teaspoon extract of lemon

→ Strawberry Sauce

08 - 1 pound fresh strawberries
09 - 1/2 cup white sugar
10 - 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
11 - 1/2 cup cold water
12 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

# Instructions:

01 - Stir the graham crumbs into your melted butter. Put a spoonful in each jar and push down firmly to create the base.
02 - Whip the cream cheese till fluffy, then fold in the sweet milk. Mix in eggs and flavor extracts at low speed just until everything comes together.
03 - Drop the mixture into each jar, leaving a bit of space at the top. Cook at 300°F for about 20-25 mins until they're firm.
04 - Throw all sauce stuff into your pan. Heat until barely bubbling and squish berries to how chunky you want them.
05 - Let jars cool on the counter, then stick in the fridge for at least an hour. Add the strawberry topping right before you eat.
