Swirled Holiday Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk, split in half.
02 - Green gel food dye.
03 - Red gel food dye.
04 - 3 cups white chocolate chips, separated into portions.

# Instructions:

01 - Use parchment or foil to cover a 9-inch square pan, and mist it with oil spray.
02 - Pour chocolate chips evenly into three separate bowls. Stir 6 tablespoons of condensed milk into each bowl.
03 - Mix green into one bowl, red into another, and leave the last bowl plain.
04 - Heat each bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds, mix, and if needed, microwave for another 15 seconds to get a smooth texture.
05 - Scoop random blobs of each color into the prepared pan.
06 - Run a knife across the pan, going side to side and then up and down for a marbled effect.
07 - Chill in the fridge for a couple of hours until firm, then slice into squares.

# Notes:

01 - Gel-based food color works better than liquid.
02 - Keep the colors from mixing too much.
03 - Store leftovers in the fridge.
