Stuffed Burger Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1/2 cup chopped onion
03 - 11 ounces chilled French bread dough

→ Condiments

04 - 1/3 cup tomato ketchup
05 - 3 tablespoons yellow mustard
06 - 6 slices cooked and broken bacon
07 - 2 chopped dill pickle spears
08 - 8 slices American cheese

→ Topping

09 - 1 large beaten egg
10 - 1 tablespoon seeds from sesame

→ For Serving

11 - Creamy Thousand Island sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Turn oven on to 350°F. Put parchment down on your cookie sheet.
02 - Brown the beef with onions and add a pinch of salt and pepper. Get rid of the extra fat.
03 - Stretch the dough into a flat rectangle. Spread ketchup and mustard first, then add meat, bacon bits, diced pickles, and finish with cheese.
04 - Starting from the long side, roll it up and press edges to close. Put it on your sheet with the seam facing down.
05 - Brush some egg on top and scatter sesame seeds over it. Stick it in the oven for 20-25 minutes till it's nice and brown. Let it cool for 5 minutes before cutting.

01 - It's basically a burger wrapped in bread
02 - You can use store-bought bacon bits to save time
03 - Dip slices in Thousand Island dressing for extra flavor
