Strawberry Chocolate Chip Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2/3 cup heavy cream
02 - 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
03 - 1/2 cup strawberry jam
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - Red or pink food coloring (optional)
06 - 2/3 cup mini chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
02 - In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and lump free.
03 - Beat in strawberry jam, vanilla extract, and food coloring (if desired).
04 - Gently fold the whipped cream into the mixture.
05 - Fold in mini chocolate chips. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
