Sauteed Mushrooms with Spinach (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
02 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
03 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice.
04 - Salt and pepper, adjust to preferred taste.
05 - 4 cups of fresh spinach leaves.
06 - 1 pound mushrooms, thinly sliced.
07 - Optional: chopped parsley, red pepper flakes.

# Instructions:

01 - Chop garlic, rinse the spinach, and slice up those mushrooms.
02 - Warm up the oil, toss in the mushrooms, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden.
03 - Mix in the garlic and let it cook for 1-2 minutes, just until you can really smell it.
04 - Add the spinach, season with salt and pepper, drizzle on lemon juice, and stir until the spinach softens.

01 - A splash of cream gives it a richer texture.
02 - Throw in some chili if you like a little kick.
