Pimento Cheese Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, cut into cubes.
02 - 2 cups of extra-sharp cheddar cheese, shredded.
03 - 1/3 cup of mayo.
04 - 1/4 teaspoon each of garlic powder and mustard powder.
05 - 6 ounces of jarred pimento peppers, chopped if they’re in strips.
06 - 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon of sriracha.
09 - Salt, as needed.
10 - Freshly cracked black pepper.
11 - Veggie sticks for dipping.
12 - Crackers for dipping.

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a large mixing bowl and toss all the ingredients together. Use a hand mixer, stand mixer with the paddle attachment, or just mix by hand with a wooden spoon. Combine everything until it’s mixed, but leave it slightly chunky.
02 - Give it a taste and tweak the seasoning. Like it extra hot? Add a dash of cayenne pepper.
03 - You can eat it right away, or cover and refrigerate it for an hour (or overnight) so the flavors can blend. Keep in mind, chilling makes it firmer, so let it sit out for 30 minutes before serving if needed.
04 - Spoon it into a smaller bowl and serve it with some crackers or veggie sticks on the side.

# Notes:

01 - Serve immediately or pop it in the fridge to chill first.
02 - If chilled, let it loosen up at room temperature before serving.
03 - Works great as a dip or spread in sandwiches.
