Pop the butter, peanut butter, and vanilla into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat it up for 90 seconds, stir everything well until it’s silky and smooth.

Slowly mix in powdered sugar—one cup at a time. Blend after each addition until it’s fully combined and thickened.

Take a square pan (8-9 inch), rub butter on it to stop sticking or use parchment paper. Spread the mix across evenly and gently flatten it out so it’s smooth.

Let it chill in the fridge for a good 4 hours or so until it’s firm to the touch. Slice it into 1-inch pieces and stash them in a sealed container in the fridge.

If you’re not up for the microwave, combine the peanut butter, butter, and vanilla in a pan over low heat. Keep stirring while it melts into a smooth mix, then pull it off the heat before adding the powdered sugar just like above.
