Valentine Pink Chocolate Bark (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chocolates

01 - 170g white chocolate (around 6 ounces), roughly broken
02 - Pink candy melts, about 1/2 cup (2 ounces)
03 - 226g semi-sweet chocolate (8 ounces), cut into chunks

→ Toppings

04 - Valentine's sprinkles
05 - Candy hearts

# Instructions:

01 - Get a big baking sheet and cover it with parchment or a silicone mat. Put it aside for now.
02 - Combine and melt the white chocolate with pink candy melts in a double boiler or microwave. Stir frequently every 20 seconds so it doesn't burn.
03 - Melt the semi-sweet chocolate and pour it onto your ready tray. Spread it out to form a big rectangle.
04 - Pour the pink and white blend over the top. Make pretty swirl patterns using a knife or toothpick. Scatter candy hearts and sprinkles all over.
05 - Let it sit out and harden for about 45 minutes or pop it in the fridge. Once it's firm, break it into chunks whatever size you want.

# Notes:

01 - Keeps fresh at room temp for up to a week
02 - Stays good in the fridge for up to 2 weeks
03 - For best results, go with real chocolate bars instead of chips
