Peanut Butter Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Softened butter, salted or unsalted – ½ cup.
02 - Creamy peanut butter – 1 cup.
03 - Powdered sugar – 2 ¼ cups.
04 - Optional: melted chocolate to drizzle or dip.
05 - Vanilla extract – ½ teaspoon (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a baking sheet and cover it with parchment paper. Keep it handy.
02 - In a big bowl, cream together the peanut butter and butter with a mixer until smooth. Toss in powdered sugar and, if you're using it, the vanilla. Mix everything fully, scraping the sides as you go.
03 - Scoop out tablespoon portions, roll into balls, and pop them onto the sheet. Let them chill for a good 20 minutes before eating.

01 - Works with either unsalted or salted butter.
