Blueberry Muffin Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
02 - 2 cups flour.
03 - 1 tablespoon vanilla extract.
04 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened.
05 - 1 cup sugar.
06 - 2 teaspoons baking powder.
07 - 1 tablespoon coarse sugar for sprinkling.
08 - 2 eggs.
09 - 1 cup milk.
10 - 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F and spray a 9-inch loaf pan with nonstick baking spray.
02 - Beat the softened butter with sugar in a medium mixing bowl until smooth.
03 - Blend in the eggs, milk, and vanilla until well incorporated.
04 - Mix in the baking powder, salt, and flour until the batter is fully combined.
05 - Gently stir the blueberries into the batter, being careful not to mash them.
06 - Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and sprinkle the coarse sugar on top.
07 - Bake for 65-75 minutes for a large loaf, or 30-40 if using smaller pans.

# Notes:

01 - You can use either fresh or frozen blueberries.
02 - Let it cool completely before taking it out of the pan.
03 - Works great as individual mini loaves too.
