Fire up your oven to 200°C (400°F) (180°C/350°F for fan setting). Grab a baking tray and line it with parchment.

Throw the flour and yogurt into a big bowl. Stir using a spoon until clumps form. Then, get in there with your hands! Knead until the dough feels soft—this should only take a minute or two.

Dust your counter lightly with flour. Roll out the dough to about 1 cm (1/2 inch) thickness. Use a big mug, glass, or cookie cutter to carve out circles. Gather the scraps, roll them out again, and repeat till no dough’s left.

Arrange the dough rounds on your prepared baking tray. Spread a thin layer of tomato puree over each circle. Top it off with mozzarella, and finish with pepperoni slices.

Slip the tray into the oven and bake for 12–14 minutes. Look for golden-brown dough and gooey melted cheese. Let it cool a bit on the tray before eating.
