Loaded Queso Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat Base

01 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
02 - 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
03 - 1 pound ground sausage
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1 teaspoon pepper
07 - 1 pound ground beef

→ Cheese & Soups

08 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cheddar cheese soup
09 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
10 - 8 ounces cream cheese
11 - 32 ounces Velveeta cheese
12 - 1 can (10.5 oz) tomato soup

→ Add-ins & Garnish

13 - Tomatoes for garnish
14 - 1 can (16 oz) chili beans, drained
15 - Jalapeño peppers for garnish
16 - Fresh parsley for garnish
17 - Tortilla chips for serving
18 - 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained

# Instructions:

01 - In a skillet, cook the sausage and ground beef on medium heat until there’s no pink. Drain off the grease.
02 - Sprinkle seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the meat mixture.
03 - Lower the heat to medium-low. Toss in Velveeta, cream cheese, and all three soups. Stir to combine.
04 - Mix in the chili beans and drained tomatoes. Keep stirring to blend everything together.
05 - Let it cook for about 15-20 minutes until everything’s melted and smooth. Stir now and then. Serve warm with chips and add your favorite garnish.
