Make Lemon Balm Tea (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 quart clean water.
02 - A few lemon slices for decorating.
03 - Sugar's healthier cousin, honey, if needed.
04 - 20 fresh lemon balm pieces (or 2 tbsp dried).

# Instructions:

01 - Boil 1 quart of clean water until it's bubbling.
02 - Drop the lemon balm into a tea pot.
03 - Stir everything after pouring the hot water on the leaves. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
04 - Strain or pour the mix into your favorite mug. Add honey as sweetener if needed, and throw in lemon slices or a couple of lemon balm leaves for a fancy touch.

# Notes:

01 - Fresh leaves or the dried version both work fine.
02 - Try these leaves in jelly recipes or salads too.
03 - Be cautious with store-bought herbs since they have limited oversight.
