Boil 1 quart of clean water until it's bubbling.

Drop the lemon balm into a tea pot.

Stir everything after pouring the hot water on the leaves. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.

Strain or pour the mix into your favorite mug. Add honey as sweetener if needed, and throw in lemon slices or a couple of lemon balm leaves for a fancy touch.
