Grilled Kafta Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 medium yellow onion, cut into quarters
02 - 1 cup of fresh parsley, cleaned and thoroughly dried
03 - 600 grams of lean ground beef
04 - 1 tsp salt
05 - 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
06 - 1/4 tsp of a pre-made seven spice mix
07 - 1/8 tsp of cayenne pepper (adjust to your liking)

# Instructions:

01 - Place the quartered onion and parsley into a food processor. Pulse them together until finely minced.
02 - In a big mixing bowl, toss in the ground beef, minced onion-parsley mix, and all the spices. Use your hands to mix it all up evenly.
03 - Grab a portion of the meat mix with your hands and mold it around a skewer. The thickness should be roughly 1 to 1.5 inches.
04 - If using a gas grill, preheat on medium-high and oil the grates to prevent sticking. Lay the skewered kebabs on the hot grill surface. Cook for 4 minutes on one side, flip, and grill the other side for another 4 minutes or until done.
05 - Enjoy while still hot!

# Notes:

01 - Soak wooden skewers in water for half an hour before use
02 - Allspice can be used as a replacement for the seven spice mix
03 - If you prefer, you can shape the meat into patties rather than using skewers
04 - Bake them in the oven at 375°F for about 15-20 minutes as an alternative
05 - Store leftovers in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months
