01 - 1 (18 oz) jar apricot preserves
02 - 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
03 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
04 - 2-3 tablespoons horseradish
05 - Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste

06 - Ritz crackers or chips
07 - Pita chips or crackers

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, whisk together apricot preserves, Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons horseradish, and black pepper until well combined. Adjust horseradish and black pepper to taste.
02 - Pour the prepared mixture into mason jars and refrigerate until ready to serve.
03 - Chill the dip overnight or serve immediately by pouring it over the softened cream cheese. Serve with pita chips or crackers.
