# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground sausage, browned and drained
02 - 16 oz sour cream
03 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
04 - 8 oz velveeta cheese, cubed
05 - 4 oz monterey jack cheese, grated

→ Seasonings and Garnish

06 - 2 tablespoons fresh chives, minced (optional)
07 - 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
08 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley
09 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
10 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
11 - 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
12 - Crackers, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350º F and lightly grease a square baking dish or skillet with non-stick spray.
02 - In a large bowl, combine sour cream and softened cream cheese. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, and sage until fully incorporated.
03 - Fold in browned sausage, velveeta cheese, monterey jack cheese, and chives until evenly mixed.
04 - Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
05 - Place the dish in the oven and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and golden brown.
06 - Remove from oven and serve hot with chips or sliced baguette.
