Golden Fried Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - Seasonings: salt and pepper as much as you like
02 - 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skin-free

→ Breading

03 - A cup of panko crumbs
04 - Half a cup of regular flour
05 - 2 eggs whisked together
06 - Some vegetable oil for frying

→ Serving

07 - Tonkatsu sauce for dipping
08 - Sprinkle of sesame seeds to decorate
09 - Shredded cabbage—about 1 cup
10 - 2 cups of white rice, already cooked

# Instructions:

01 - Flatten chicken to about 1/2 inch thick by putting it between plastic layers. Add some salt and pepper for flavor.
02 - In 3 separate shallow dishes, keep the flour, panko, and beaten eggs ready.
03 - First, dust each chicken with flour, then coat with the whisked eggs, and finally press it into the panko mix.
04 - In a pan, heat oil about 1/2 inch deep on medium-high. Cook the chicken 4-5 minutes on each side till crisp and golden-colored.
05 - Cut fried chicken into slices and serve with rice, cabbage, tonkatsu sauce, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

# Notes:

01 - You might have to fry chicken in more than one batch
02 - Let the cooked chicken rest on paper towels to soak up oil
03 - Check if oil's hot enough by dropping a little breadcrumb in it
