One Giant Monster Cookie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 tablespoons (28g) room temperature unsalted butter
02 - 2 tablespoons (25g) white sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons (25g) dark sugar
04 - 2 tablespoons (30ml) whisked egg
05 - 1/2 teaspoon real vanilla extract
06 - 2 tablespoons (31g) smooth peanut butter

→ Dry Ingredients

07 - 6 tablespoons (46g) plain flour
08 - 2 tablespoons (11g) traditional rolled oats
09 - 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
10 - 1/8 teaspoon salt

→ Mix-Ins

11 - 1/3 cup (65g) candy-coated chocolates
12 - 2 tablespoons (22g) dark chocolate chips, with extra for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up your oven to 325°F. Put parchment paper on your baking sheet.
02 - Whip the butter with both sugars till fluffy. Stir in egg, vanilla, and peanut butter. Add the dry stuff, then gently mix in chocolates.
03 - Put a big heap of dough in the middle of your sheet. Bake for 20-30 mins until the sides turn golden.
04 - Let it cool for 10 minutes. If you want, push some extra chocolate chips on top.

# Notes:

01 - You can split this into four cookies if you prefer
02 - Don't use runny peanut butter
03 - Pop the dough in the fridge if it feels too soft
