3 Ingredient Brownie Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - A pan of 9x13 baked chocolate brownies.
02 - Softened cream cheese, 4 oz.
03 - White chocolate melting wafers, 16 oz.
04 - Sprinkles for topping (chocolate).

# Instructions:

01 - After baking brownies as instructed on the box, let them cool fully. Toss out the edges.
02 - Break up brownies inside a food processor. Blend in cream cheese until combined.
03 - Place tablespoon scoops of the mix on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Freeze for about 20-30 minutes.
04 - Shape the cold mixture into balls about 1 inch in size. Chill another 10 minutes in the freezer.
05 - Melt white chocolate in a microwave, starting with 30 seconds, then go 15 seconds at a time. Stir between heats.
06 - Dip each ball in the melted chocolate. Shake gently to remove the extra, sprinkle right away, and let it rest until set.
07 - Pop them in the freezer. Before eating, let them sit out for 5 minutes.

01 - Stick to the soft brownie middles.
02 - Chill the truffles between each step.
03 - Decorate while the chocolate is still wet.
