Use a rolling pin to press the bread flat. It'll fold easily this way. Once done, put them aside.

In a big mixing bowl, combine the chicken, peppers, mayo, mustard, onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Spoon a portion of the mix onto each flattened piece of bread.

Roll the bread around the filling tightly. If needed, secure them with toothpicks.

Warm olive oil in a big pan over medium to high heat.

Take each roll and coat it with the beaten egg. Place them into the pan, keeping some space between each one.

Fry each roll for about 1-2 minutes per side until they're golden brown.
