Crispy Chicken Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
02 - ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
03 - 4 cups mashed cooked potatoes
04 - A pinch of salt
05 - ½ cup grated cheese

→ Coating

06 - ½ cup all-purpose flour
07 - 2 beaten eggs
08 - ½ cup crunchy panko crumbs

# Instructions:

01 - Boil potatoes and mash them. Prepare and season chicken, then shred it.
02 - Toss cheese, mashed potatoes, chicken, and a bit of seasoning in a big bowl.
03 - Form into stick-like 3-inch shapes. Roll through flour, dip in egg, and finish with breadcrumbs.
04 - Chill in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Fry in shallow oil for 5-7 minutes until crispy and golden.
