# Instructions:

01 - Add butter and vegetable oil to a large skillet and heat over medium heat. Add uncooked egg noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring, until lightly browned.
02 - Add frozen peas, vegetable broth, half-and-half cream, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine, then cover and simmer for 12 minutes or until noodles are cooked through.
03 - Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top. Cover the skillet and let it sit for 3 minutes to allow the cheese to melt. Serve immediately.
