Cheesy Bell Stuffed Peppers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
02 - 4 big bell peppers (any variety)

→ Seafood & Cheese

03 - ½ cup shredded mozzarella
04 - 1 cup cooked shrimp, finely chopped
05 - 1 cup cooked crab meat, flaked
06 - ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
07 - ½ cup cream cheese, softened

→ Flavorings

08 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
09 - 2 green onions, finely chopped
10 - ½ teaspoon paprika
11 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
12 - 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
13 - salt and pepper to taste
14 - ¼ teaspoon cayenne, if desired

# Instructions:

01 - Fire up your oven to 375°F. Cut the tops off the peppers and scoop out the insides. Toss them with olive oil and set them in a baking dish.
02 - Stir together cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan until creamy. Gently mix in shrimp, crab, garlic, onions, and spices.
03 - Stuff the peppers with the seafood mix. Cover with foil, then bake for 25 minutes.
04 - Take off the foil and broil for 3 to 5 minutes until the tops are lightly browned. Sprinkle with parsley to serve.

01 - Use peppers of any color you like
02 - Fresh or pre-cooked seafood works great
03 - Add or skip cayenne for spice control
