Cheesy Beef Pocket Tortillas (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 packet taco seasoning

→ Filling

03 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese
04 - 1/2 cup salsa
05 - 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

→ Assembly

06 - 12 tortillas (6-inch)
07 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted

# Instructions:

01 - Cook beef until brown and drain fat. Mix in taco seasoning as the package says.
02 - Whip cream cheese till fluffy, then stir in salsa completely.
03 - Layer tortillas with cream cheese mix, add beef and cheese on top. Fold them into little pockets.
04 - Arrange on a greased baking sheet, then brush butter over the tops.
05 - Pop in a 350°F oven for 15 minutes until they turn golden and crunchy.
