Reindeer Cheese Ball (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese.
02 - 16 oz softened cream cheese.
03 - 1/3 cup tangy sour cream.
04 - 2 cups crushed pecans.
05 - 2-3 tablespoons of ranch seasoning.
06 - Toppings: tomato, black olives, mini pretzels.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix sour cream and cream cheese until creamy. Stir in ranch seasoning and grated cheese.
02 - Lay out plastic wrap, scoop the mix into it, and form a ball. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
03 - Coat the chilled ball entirely with chopped pecans.
04 - Stick pretzels for antlers, olives for eyes, and a tomato makes the nose. Hold in place with toothpicks.
05 - Arrange on a plate with fresh herbs or crackers if you'd like.

# Notes:

01 - Bring the cream cheese to room temp before starting.
02 - Don’t decorate until you're ready to serve.
03 - Can last up to a week if left undecorated.
