Banana Pudding Cheesecake Cones (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cheesecake Filling

01 - 16 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar
03 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
04 - 1 cup sour cream
05 - 1 cup heavy cream
06 - ½ cup banana puree (about 2 ripe bananas)
07 - ½ cup crushed vanilla wafers
08 - ½ tsp ground cinnamon (optional)

→ Banana Pudding

09 - 2 cups whole milk
10 - ½ cup granulated sugar
11 - ¼ cup cornstarch
12 - ¼ tsp salt
13 - 1 tsp vanilla extract

→ Assembly

14 - 12 ice cream cones (waffle or sugar cones)
15 - 2 bananas, sliced
16 - Whipped cream (optional)
17 - Extra crushed vanilla wafers (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a saucepan, whisk together milk, sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens. Stir in vanilla extract. Set aside to cool.
02 - In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract, and mix well. Add sour cream, heavy cream, and banana puree. Fold in crushed vanilla wafers and cinnamon (if using). Chill for 30 minutes.
03 - Stand the cones upright. Fill each cone with cheesecake filling. Top with banana pudding.
04 - Garnish with whipped cream, banana slices, and extra crushed vanilla wafers if desired. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
