In your slow cooker, combine 2 cups of heavy cream with the cocoa powder. Whisk it well until it’s smooth and lump-free.

Now toss in the rest of the cream, the milk, the condensed milk, the chocolate pieces, and the vanilla. Stir everything nicely.

Put the lid on and let it go on low heat for about 3 hours. Check every 20 minutes to give it a stir so it doesn’t burn.

Keep the cooker on its warm setting. If it feels too thick, pour in some extra milk to thin it out. Can stay warm for around 3 hours.

Scoop it into cups, then pile on marshmallows, whipped cream, or crushed candy canes for a fun finish.
