Velvet Fudge Swirls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 teaspoons pure vanilla.
02 - 1 cup chocolate chips, semi-sweet.
03 - 3/4 cup butter, unsalted.
04 - 2/3 cup cream, half-and-half.
05 - 7 oz jar of marshmallow crème.
06 - 2 cups white chocolate chips.
07 - 3 tablespoons red food dye.
08 - 3 cups white sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Take a square 9x9 pan and press parchment paper into it. Make sure enough sticks out for easy lifting later.
02 - Grab a bowl and combine the red food dye with the semi-sweet chocolate chips. Set it aside for now.
03 - In a big pot, melt your butter. Toss in the sugar and cream, then give it a good stir until smooth.
04 - In a clean bowl, throw in the marshmallow crème and white chocolate chips.
05 - Mix the marshmallow crème, white chocolate chips, and vanilla into the buttery base until it’s creamy.
06 - Quickly scoop half of the white blend into the bowl holding the red-tinted chips. Stir until everything melts together.
07 - Spoon big globs of the two mixtures into the pan. Tilt gently to even the surface, then use a knife to swirl them together.
08 - Let the fudge set completely. Lift it out using the parchment edges and slice it into neat squares.

# Notes:

01 - Move quickly when making the swirls.
02 - Don't cut while warm—let it cool first.
