Red Velvet Cheesecake Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Layer

01 - 1 package of red velvet cake mix
02 - Ingredients needed for cake mix (see box)

→ Filling Center

03 - 16 oz cream cheese, softened
04 - 4 tbsp butter, softened
05 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar (or more if preferred)
06 - 2 cups crushed graham crackers
07 - 1 tsp vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Follow the instructions on the red velvet cake box and bake in two 8-inch pans.
02 - Let the cakes cool down fully. Crumble them into a fine, sandy texture. If crumbs feel soggy, bake them at 350°F for 5-6 minutes.
03 - Combine cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar. Beat until light and airy, then stir in the graham cracker crumbs and vanilla.
04 - Roll small portions of the mixture into smooth balls, chill for an hour, then coat in the cake crumbs.
