Tuscan Creamy Ravioli (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pasta Ingredients

01 - 2 cups roasted herb tomatoes
02 - 2 cups finely chopped kale
03 - Two (8 oz.) packs of organic cheese-filled ravioli

→ Creamy Sauce Ingredients

04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
06 - 1 ¼ cup heavy cream (organic if possible)
07 - ½ cup white wine for cooking
08 - ½ cup vegetable broth
09 - 1-2 tablespoons Tuscan seasoning blend ('Marry Me')
10 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
11 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the instructions on the ravioli package. Usually done in 4 to 5 minutes.
02 - Melt butter and cook minced garlic with seasoning blend until it smells amazing.
03 - Pour in the cream, broth, wine, and lemon juice. Let it simmer gently. Add the Parmesan cheese last and stir until it thickens.
04 - Toss in the kale and roasted tomatoes, stirring until they're warmed through and well mixed.
05 - Put the cooked ravioli into the sauce, stir until it's all coated. Serve while hot.

01 - Feel free to swap the greens for another vegetable.
02 - Consider adding meat like chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
03 - Store leftovers in the fridge for 3 to 4 days.
