Tuscan Cheese Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 oz spinach, well-drained and thawed.
02 - 1/3 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
03 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
04 - 1 teaspoon Italian herbs.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic, finely minced.
07 - 1 cup Parmesan, grated.
08 - 1 cup mozzarella, shredded.
09 - 3/4 cup sour cream.
10 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F. Coat a 1-quart baking dish with non-stick spray.
02 - Use a hand mixer to whip together sour cream and cream cheese until creamy.
03 - Stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, and the garlic with seasonings.
04 - Mix the spinach and sun-dried tomatoes into the cheese blend gently.
05 - Spread the mixture evenly in the dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until it's bubbling and warm.
06 - Enjoy warm with crackers or slices of bread.
