Turkey Balls With Mozzarella (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meatballs

01 - 1 pound ground turkey
02 - 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
03 - 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
04 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
05 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
06 - 1 large egg
07 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ Stuffing and Cooking

10 - 12 small balls of mozzarella (or 1 cup cut into cubes)
11 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Toss together the turkey, spinach, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg and all seasonings in a big bowl until everything's mixed well.
02 - Take some mixture, press it flat, stick a mozzarella piece in the middle, fold over and roll into a ball. Do this with all the mixture.
03 - Warm oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs until brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
04 - Move the meatballs to a baking sheet lined with parchment. Cook in a 375°F oven for 15-20 minutes till they reach 165°F inside.
