                Toss together the turkey, spinach, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg and all seasonings in a big bowl until everything's mixed well.

                Take some mixture, press it flat, stick a mozzarella piece in the middle, fold over and roll into a ball. Do this with all the mixture.

                Warm oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs until brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.

                Move the meatballs to a baking sheet lined with parchment. Cook in a 375°F oven for 15-20 minutes till they reach 165°F inside.
