Mix the soda, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, horseradish, garlic, and ginger together in a big bowl until well combined.

Put chicken into the liquid mix. Cover and stick in the fridge anywhere from 4 to 24 hours.

Fire up your grill or warm your skillet to medium-high heat (around 400°F).

Take chicken out of the liquid mix and cook until it reaches 165°F inside. Let it sit for 5 minutes before cutting into it.
