Swiss Mushroom Burger (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Mushroom Mix

01 - 2 tablespoons of butter
02 - 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
03 - 8 ounces of sliced mushrooms
04 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
05 - 1 small onion, sliced thin
06 - Season with some salt and pepper to taste

→ Patties

07 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
08 - 1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend)
09 - 1 tablespoon steak seasoning

→ Build Your Burger

10 - 4 hamburger buns
11 - 4 slices of Swiss cheese
12 - Extras: mayo, mustard, tomato, or lettuce (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Melt the butter in a pan. Cook the mushrooms and onions for about 8 to 10 minutes. Add garlic and Worcestershire sauce; stir for one more minute, then set aside.
02 - Combine the ground beef with the spices and Worcestershire sauce. Shape the meat into 4 evenly sized hamburger patties.
03 - Cook each patty for 3-5 minutes on both sides. Add Swiss slices in the final minute and cover the grill to let it melt nicely.
04 - Toast the buns lightly, add a patty with melted cheese, top with the mushroom mix, and throw on any extras you like.
