Boil water in a saucepan, then turn off the heat. Toss in the tea and give it a stir to wet it all.

Let the tea soak for about 5 minutes, then sprinkle in the sugar and stir until it completely disappears.

Pour the tea through a strainer into a pitcher, then let it cool in the fridge.

Pour tea over ice, filling the glass about three-quarters full. Add 2-4 spoonfuls of half and half and mix lightly.
