Sweet Thai Tea (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup half and half
02 - 4 cups water
03 - ½ cup Thai tea mix
04 - ¾ cup granulated sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Boil water in a saucepan, then turn off the heat. Toss in the tea and give it a stir to wet it all.
02 - Let the tea soak for about 5 minutes, then sprinkle in the sugar and stir until it completely disappears.
03 - Pour the tea through a strainer into a pitcher, then let it cool in the fridge.
04 - Pour tea over ice, filling the glass about three-quarters full. Add 2-4 spoonfuls of half and half and mix lightly.
