Sweet Glazed Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 pounds of salmon, diced into 1-inch chunks.
02 - A teaspoon of smoked paprika.
03 - A teaspoon of powdered garlic.
04 - A teaspoon of onion seasoning.
05 - 3/4 teaspoon of fine salt.
06 - 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper.
07 - 3 tablespoons of olive oil, split for use.
08 - 2 teaspoons of finely chopped garlic.
09 - 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger root.
10 - 3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
11 - 2 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar.
12 - 1/4 cup of honey.
13 - 2 teaspoons of sesame seeds.
14 - 2 teaspoons of minced chives.

# Instructions:

01 - Rub salmon with paprika, garlic powder, onion seasoning, salt, pepper, and a tablespoon of olive oil. Pat it dry first.
02 - In a pan with a tablespoon of hot oil, fry salmon for 4-5 minutes in a few rounds until golden and crisp.
03 - Use the rest of the oil to cook garlic and ginger briefly, about a minute.
04 - Stir in soy sauce, vinegar, and honey. Let it bubble gently for 3-5 minutes so it thickens.
05 - Put salmon back in the pan, stir to coat in sauce, and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chives.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure salmon is completely dry to get it crispy.
02 - For more flavor, marinate it up to an hour.
03 - You can also cook this in an air fryer at 390°F for 7-9 minutes.
