Sweet Garlic Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tsp paprika.
02 - 4 minced garlic cloves.
03 - 3 tbsp butter.
04 - 1 pound chicken breasts without skin or bones.
05 - 1/4 cup brown sugar, lightly packed.
06 - Dried oregano (or your fave herbs), 1 tsp.
07 - Salt and pepper, add as needed.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 450°F and line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper.
02 - Sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken and set it in your dish.
03 - In a pan over medium heat, melt butter and toss in the garlic.
04 - Add oregano, brown sugar, and paprika to the pan. Cook everything for about a minute. Let it cool down a bit.
05 - Spread that sweet garlicky mix generously over your chicken.
06 - Pop the dish in the oven, bake for 20-25 minutes, and make sure the chicken temp inside reaches 165°F.

# Notes:

01 - Even out thick chicken pieces to about 1 inch using a mallet.
02 - You can prep this early and keep it frozen.
03 - If frozen, let it thaw in the fridge overnight.
