Take off the green tops, then mash or blend the berries into a puree.

Let cream cheese warm up to room temp if using it. Coconut cream? Make sure it’s nice and thick.

Toss in everything else and mix until super smooth. Use a blender, food processor, or even a hand mixer.

Scoop into bowls, pop them in the fridge, and let it firm up as it chills.
