Strawberry Cream Mousse (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 5 medium strawberries, washed and ready
02 - 1/4 tsp optional vanilla bean paste
03 - 1 cup powdered sweetener or sugar-free replacement
04 - 4 oz yogurt, or extra cream cheese or coconut cream
05 - 8 oz cream cheese or thick coconut cream

# Instructions:

01 - Take off the green tops, then mash or blend the berries into a puree.
02 - Let cream cheese warm up to room temp if using it. Coconut cream? Make sure it’s nice and thick.
03 - Toss in everything else and mix until super smooth. Use a blender, food processor, or even a hand mixer.
04 - Scoop into bowls, pop them in the fridge, and let it firm up as it chills.

01 - You can use cream cheese or swap for coconut cream to skip the dairy.
02 - Use a sugar-free sweetener if you want to keep it keto-friendly.
