Strawberry Cream Cheese Loaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - ½ cup butter, room temperature
03 - 1 ½ cups sugar
04 - 2 eggs
05 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
06 - 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
07 - 1 ½ teaspoons salt
08 - 1 tablespoon baking powder
09 - 1 cup milk
10 - 1 ½ cups sliced fresh strawberries

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F and grease two 8.5x4.5-inch loaf pans.
02 - Slice strawberries into thin, bite-sized pieces. Dab off any excess moisture with a paper towel and set aside.
03 - In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese and butter. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract, then beat until light and airy.
04 - In a separate bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until thoroughly combined.
05 - Slowly add the dry ingredients and milk to the wet mixture, alternating between the two.
06 - Gently fold the sliced strawberries into the batter.
07 - Evenly distribute the batter into the prepared loaf pans. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cover the tops with foil after 35-40 minutes to prevent over-browning.
08 - Allow the loaves to cool completely before slicing.
