# Ingredients:

→ Filling Mix

01 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream
02 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
03 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
04 - 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature

→ Berry Layer

05 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
06 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped small

→ To Finish

07 - 6 thin crepes or sponge cake layers
08 - Powdered sugar to sprinkle on top
09 - 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
10 - 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers or shortbread

# Instructions:

01 - First, whip the cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into a silky cream cheese blend made with sugar and vanilla.
02 - Combine the chopped strawberries with sugar and let them sit for 10 minutes to release their juices.
03 - Stir the cookie crumbs with melted butter until it has a damp, sand-like texture.
04 - On each crepe, spread the filling, sprinkle on crumbs, add strawberries, then roll it tightly like sushi.
05 - After wrapping the rolls in plastic, chill them for at least an hour. Slice into 1-inch rounds and give a dusting of powdered sugar to each piece.
