Candy Strawberry Cheesecake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 box (15.25 oz) of strawberry-flavored cake mix
02 - 1 package (8 oz) softened cream cheese
03 - 1 bag (12 oz) pink candy melts
04 - 4 oz white almond bark for optional drizzle

# Instructions:

01 - Heat cake mix in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir, then heat again for another 30 seconds. Let cool entirely.
02 - Whip cream cheese until creamy, around 2 to 2 ½ minutes. Blend in the cooled cake mix till smooth.
03 - Wrap the mixture tightly and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
04 - Scoop out small portions (1 tablespoon each) and roll into round balls. Set them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
05 - Dip each ball into melted candy coatings. Optional: drizzle melted almond bark over the top. Chill until ready to eat.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature
02 - Uncoated bites can be chilled overnight
03 - Always heat-treat cake mix ahead of time
