Strawberry Butter Easy Spread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Butter mixture

01 - 1 cup salted butter, room temperature
02 - 1 ½ cups roughly chopped strawberries
03 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Add butter to a large bowl and mix for 2-3 minutes until light and airy.
02 - Place strawberries in a medium-sized bowl and mash until almost pureed. Alternatively, pulse in a food processor briefly.
03 - Add mashed strawberries and powdered sugar to the butter and mix until well combined, about 1 minute.
04 - Transfer strawberry butter to an airtight container and refrigerate for 1 day to allow the flavors to set.
05 - Serve on toast, English muffins, pancakes, or similar items. Refrigerate any leftovers and consume within 4-6 days depending on berry ripeness.
