Combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Push down into the pan firmly using the back of a measuring cup.

Pour the smooth filling over the crust and bake for 40 to 45 minutes. The edges should look slightly golden, and the center will jiggle a bit. Cool down fully.

Simmer strawberries, sugar, water, lemon juice, and cornstarch over medium heat. After 10 minutes, set aside to chill in the fridge.
