Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C). Place peeled garlic cloves in a small, oven-safe saucepan and cover them with olive oil. Bake for 2 hours until garlic is soft and tender. Let cool.

Heat a pan over medium heat and add olive oil. Place bread slices in the pan and toast until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Set aside.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add halloumi slices and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Add honey, lemon juice, chili flakes, and sesame seeds to the pan, stirring to coat. Let caramelize briefly and remove from heat.

Spread garlic confit on each toasted bread slice. Add avocado slices on top and season with a pinch of salt. Place fried halloumi on top of the avocado and drizzle with chili oil. Serve immediately.
