Hot Honey Glazed Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 pieces of salmon (each about 6 oz or 170g)
02 - 1/3 cup (80ml) of warm honey with a kick
03 - 3 minced garlic cloves
04 - 2 tablespoons (30ml) fresh lemon juice
05 - 1 teaspoon (5g) of smoked paprika
06 - Salt and black pepper, add as much as you like

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking tray with parchment.
02 - Combine the warm honey, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, and seasonings in a small bowl.
03 - Lay the salmon pieces on the prepared tray. Brush them with the honey mixture so they’re coated well.
04 - Put the tray in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the salmon is tender and the glaze starts to look sticky.
05 - Take the salmon out, let it sit a couple of minutes, then dig in.

# Notes:

01 - When ready, salmon will break apart easily.
02 - Feel free to adjust spice level in the honey.
