                Set the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking tray with parchment.

                Combine the warm honey, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, and seasonings in a small bowl.

                Lay the salmon pieces on the prepared tray. Brush them with the honey mixture so they’re coated well.

                Put the tray in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the salmon is tender and the glaze starts to look sticky.

                Take the salmon out, let it sit a couple of minutes, then dig in.
