Gingerbread Snowballs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
02 - 1 tablespoon molasses.
03 - 1 cup softened butter.
04 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
06 - 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour.
07 - A mix of spices: cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice.
08 - Some extra powdered sugar for coating.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and line your baking trays with parchment paper.
02 - Whip butter until creamy. Toss in sugar, salt, vanilla, spices, and molasses. Stir in flour until a dough forms.
03 - Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the lined trays.
04 - Bake for 10-12 minutes, just until the bottoms turn a light golden color.
05 - Coat the cookies in powdered sugar while still warm. Let them cool, then roll in sugar again.

# Notes:

01 - Keep going until the dough forms.
02 - Dust in sugar while they're fresh from the oven.
03 - Coating twice makes them look better.
