# Instructions:

01 - Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
02 - Add taco seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder to the cooked beef. Stir to combine, then set aside.
03 - In a saucepan over low heat, melt the cream cheese. Add sour cream and milk, stirring until the mixture is smooth.
04 - Gradually add shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, stirring constantly until fully melted and combined.
05 - Mix the cheese sauce with the seasoned beef and crumbled bacon, stirring until evenly combined.
