Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a sheet pan with foil or parchment and spray lightly with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, panko, onion, half the BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until evenly combined.

Shape the mixture into a rectangle on the prepared sheet pan, about 1½ inches thick.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.

Remove the sheet pan from the oven, brush the meatloaf with the remaining BBQ sauce, and return it to the oven.

Bake for another 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Let the meatloaf rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
