Sheet Pan Meatloaf Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 2 large eggs
03 - ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
04 - ¼ cup finely chopped onion
05 - ¼ cup BBQ sauce, divided
06 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
07 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
08 - Salt to taste
09 - Black pepper to taste
10 - Cooking spray

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a sheet pan with foil or parchment and spray lightly with cooking spray.
02 - In a large bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, panko, onion, half the BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until evenly combined.
03 - Shape the mixture into a rectangle on the prepared sheet pan, about 1½ inches thick.
04 - Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
05 - Remove the sheet pan from the oven, brush the meatloaf with the remaining BBQ sauce, and return it to the oven.
06 - Bake for another 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
07 - Let the meatloaf rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.

# Notes:

01 - To shape the loaf easily, press the meat mixture into a clean rectangular food tray (e.g., the one your ground beef comes in), then flip it onto the sheet pan.
02 - Leftovers can be reheated in a microwave or oven. Alternatively, use them in a sandwich the next day.
03 - This recipe can be doubled, and the additional loaf can be frozen, either uncooked or cooked, for later use.
